Hey, NPR? It would have been “a shocking result” if Bloomberg had not won. A narrower-than-expected victory could be called “surprising,” but I think you went a little too far. Personally, I’m a little shocked that Owens won the NY-23. And pleased! Way to go, sensible North Country residents. Someone bring me a hat-shaped snack!
